SHAMI, is a pioneer family business established in 1959 by Mr. Seif Eddin Alshami, the company name was “ALMANARA FOR METAL INDUSTRY” at that time. As the company was unique in products and dealing, and the market had a big demand on electric items , the company took initiative and added an electric production line
to become “ALMANARA FOR METAL & ELECTRIC INDUSTRY“, in
Damascus Suburb.
In the year 2000, the company moved to a bigger factory in Adra, close to the capital Damascus, at the same time, the new brand, SHAMI, was introduced, so the products held the family name keeping the highest level of quality and service till now.
SHAMI became famous after the care reflected on customer service and solutions supported from SHAMI’s team.
Today, the company manufactures items in Syrian Arab Republic and Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan using the slogan “ Upgrade Your Lifestyle”.

The factory occupies an area of 6300 square meters in the industrial city of Al-Hassan in the Irbid governorate, about 70 km from the capital, Amman.

The factory is located in Adra – Tal Al-Kurdi area of Damascus countryside, which is 25 km from the capital, the factory occupies an area of 19 thousand square meters divided into:
Plastic injection section – Metal forming section – Mold workshop section – Thermal spray section – Assembly hall – The warehouse – Quality control – Management.
A hall has also been devoted to training and qualifying workers and holding meetings.
The factory also has showrooms and service centers, in addition to contracting with service centers located in the governorates.
